Jason will be doing a Thai Yoga class July 26th at 11am.
This one-of-a-kind informal class is designed to compliment and/or supplement one’s active yoga practice and/or lifestyle. Thai Yoga is a partner-style passive/active stretching class. The participant can come solo to be partnered up or come as a duo. The intention of the class is to learn co-participation (unity), develop core movement, increase flexibility both passively and actively (Thai style) and have fun. The class is slow-paced, high concentration, and a terrific benefit for both the giver and the recipient. In order to take this class, some knowledge of anatomy is useful (but not required) and you do not need to be flexible to participate. Come get stretched out!For more info visit the website, www.northernarizonayogacenter.com.
